While it is true that Android devices dominate the smartphone market, iPhone users seem to have a much more fervent romance with iOS than users of the world’s most popular mobile operating system.
The main reason Android sales are so prevalent is that Apple hardware costs a lot more than most computers designed to run the Google OS. (But of course that doesn’t mean there aren’t a few premium Android devices out there, but that’s another story.)
The good news is that with the many Android-based iOS launchers available, you can turn even the simplest and most inexpensive Android smartphone into a sane iPhone fax device.
The most practical of us choose Android not only to save money on hardware, but also because it offers the most convenient and productive applications as the main operating system.
Also, unlike Apple with its highly restrictive steel trap-like closed proprietary operating system, Android, on the other hand, is open source, making it much easier for software companies and independent programmers to develop applications. We have already written about the 10 best launchers for Android.
With an iOS launcher, by simply downloading a little app, installing it and doing a couple of tweaks, you can literally make your Android smartphone dance and sing like an iPhone, complete with its own Control Center, iTunes sync capability, and the rest of the Apple ecosystem. interact with Siri, track family and friends with Find My Friends, and more.
The Google Play store offers about 100 iOS launchers for download – some free and some for a nominal fee. Like most Android apps, they all take one to two minutes to download and install, and it’s just as easy to revert to a previous launcher or uninstall completely. What follows is my educated attempt to select the top 10 among them.
This in no way means that I downloaded, installed and tested them all – not at all. Instead, I narrowed it down to 20 or so, picking the ones with the highest user ratings and the most downloads on the Google Play Store (and also relying on some other less than empirical criteria), then I identified and ranked the remaining candidates.

While 3D iLauncher is loaded with 3D effects like live video wallpapers, over 1000 themes and over 10,000 wallpapers, it also offers many of the 3D effects available in later versions of iOS for Android.
3D iLauncher is powered by a 3D animation graphics engine that provides support for 3D themes and widget effects, 3D lock screen transitions and more, giving you very attractive 3D transition effects.
3D iLauncher also supports the Edge Screen feature available on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Note 9, allowing you to assign specific content including apps, contacts, quick tools, notifications, weather and other widgets, S Planner – you name it – to the Edge Panel.
Then you can, depending on which edge you assigned which content, move specific panels in view. Other Edge effects include Edge Lighting animations and glow effects, Edge Ruler and Gold Compass.
Another popular feature on Note devices is borderless or borderless content, which is also available (though not nearly as much) on the iPhone X.
3D iLauncher makes an attractive use of limitless content, mimicking the iPhone X, and in my opinion, in this case, makes the iPhone better than the real one. Even though 3D iLauncher gives your Android device a lot of iPhone features, its real claim to fame is its very attractive interface.
iOS 12 Control Center

One of the most popular iOS features is Control Center. Of course, Android has its own set of control panels, but to be honest, they are built as a dropdown menu, so when looking for specific settings, they are somewhat random. If you want your device settings to work the same as on iOS, a convenient way to do this is to use the LinnTinh Developers Control Center iOS 12.
By default, the Control Center is accessible by dragging inward in any direction, but you can change the way you want to access it. and then you will be presented with many options for access and modification, for example
- Airplane mode: instantly turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and cellular on your Android device.
- Wi-Fi: Turn Wi-Fi network connection on or off.
- Bluetooth: Turns the Bluetooth peer-to-peer network connection on or off.
- Do Not Disturb: Set your phone to stay alone and receive messages.
- Portrait orientation lock: Prevent screen rotation when rotating the device.
- Flashlight: Your camera’s LED flash works like a flashlight, so you can get extra light when you need it.
- Alarms and Timer: Set alarms, timers or stopwatches or check the time in another country or region – all from the Control Center.
And this list is hardly superficial. To set many of these options in Android, you have to wade through menus, download apps, swipe down – the point is, they’re not all in the same, easily accessible location, but with iOS 12 Control Center you can place them easily. there.
If you’re an iPhone user who recently switched to Android, this launcher is especially useful for you.

The developers of LinnTinh, the creators of the previous iOS 12 Control Center skin, also make several other launchers for Android, including the iOS 12 Launcher. Both of them, as I noted in my recent roundup of universal Android launchers, are pretty well made. and the typical poor iPhone, especially this one.
Both, to some extent, make your Android work like an iPhone, which, according to the publisher, is ” the most powerful, personal and intelligent device ever.”
LnnTinh is clearly not indifferent to the iPhone, but
In Launcher iOS 12, your Android device mimics iOS 12. Your settings and functions are organized in an iOS-like Control Center, and popular gestures and other functions act in the same way as Assistive Touch in iOS. The default theme is classic iOS, and like iOS (and most other operating systems), there are many customization options.
Other iOS features include rounded icons, animations instead of transitions, and so on. This launcher integrates well with Android and makes it easy to switch back and forth when needed. Also, judging by the reviews in the Play Store, it has very satisfied and loyal users.

I can hear you thinking: iOS 13; iOS 13 doesn’t exist! Publisher MH Apps Studio has combined the design of iOS 12 with what’s known about the upcoming iOS 13 to create an interesting launcher for iOS. As you can see, it has very few ratings, which means that it made it to this list mainly due to my positive impression of this rather new application.
In addition to the iOS 12 and 13 design, you get 12 and 13 style desktops with built-in File Explorer and File Manager support, allowing you to create desktop-style folders with features such as search, explore, copy, paste, zip / unzip , RAR, delete, share, etc.
Almost every aspect of the interface, including clock widgets, weather and RAM, drag and drop, custom desktop folders, live wallpapers, custom photo tiles, multitasking, lock screen, and more, have been updated with the latest iOS. look and feel.
Weather, calendar and photo tiles have been added, as well as taskbar transparency, multicolored taskbars and menus, and desktop mode widgets.
And if that’s not enough, this is one of the fastest iOS launchers I’ve come across in my testing – very impressive overall.

Although the publisher of The Best Android Themes, as you can tell from the name of the company and the name of this launcher, is not all creative when it comes to naming, New Theme for Phone X is part of a collection of very stylish and attractive themes with numerous motives. designed for the young at heart, including cars, comics, science fiction, photography and many more.
While you won’t find many new features here, your smartphone can switch from one set of stunning graphics to another with a couple of gestures. All of this is very attractive and fun.
Also included are numerous HD wallpapers and icon collections, iPhone X OS 11 default theme, 3D themes, 3D special effects, 3D weather widget with 3D special effects, Rose Galaxy live wallpaper, Wolf Spike Blood King theme and of course, a supporting 3D launcher to make it all work.

Often, instead of replacing the entire Android interface, some users want to add or replace only certain aspects of one interface with another. Many users, for example, prefer the iOS lock screen over the Android lock screen. This is where launchers like OS 11 Losckscreen come in. The list of features is simple:
- Lock screen notifications: Of course, the Android lock screen tells you when you have unread emails or texts, as well as most other notifications, and they are easy to customize, but if you prefer iPhone notification style, this is a simple app for you.
- Keypad Lock Screen: Also known as PINs (Personal Identification Numbers), just like your bank (and now Windows computers), PINs allow you to lock your phone with using four easy-to-remember numbers.
- Lock Screen Wallpaper: This simply allows you to set and / or rotate the images and background displayed on locked screens.
Sometimes less is more, or at least that’s enough.

X Launcher Pro: PhoneX Theme, OS11 Control Center
User Rating: 4.7
Number of Ratings: 2389
Installs: 3.1 Million
Price: $ 1.99
At the time of writing, I learned a thing or two that I didn’t know how popular the iPhone X really is with iOS 11. Many of the hundreds or so of iOS launchers aim to bring Android a lot closer to Phone X. Some of them, X Launcher Pro, for example, do an excellent job of converting inexpensive Android smartphones into expensive iPhone X fax machines.
Unlike many launchers, this one does not place any ads on the system (although there is also a non-professional version that deploys add-ons; $ 1.99 seems like a small price to pay to remove them). While X Launcher Pro isn’t completely overhauled, it focuses on the theme and Control Center, which covers most of the action.
So, the features start from the iOS 11-style Control Center – you know, swipe up to open a page that presents almost all settings and feature changes in one place. The Theme Center provides access to numerous iOS 11 style themes, including Adaptive Touch themes and others that mimic the features of iOS 11.
You get eight built-in 3D animation effects, including Breeze, Carousel, Cube, Fan, Spin, Mute, and Waves. IOS 11 style weather and time widgets, App manager, Phone X style wallpapers, icons and icon packs and more make this launcher feel like a real one.
And it wouldn’t be iOS 11 without the ability to hide apps and protect them from prying eyes, and have your apps notify you when something has changed, such as money from PayPal, a message from Facebook or Twitter, or an email from your bank. In addition, according to the publisher, Launcher Developer, this launcher is currently being updated to bring it even closer to the beloved Phone X running OS11.
If you just want your Android to look like an iPhone, or you want it to look and feel like one from top to bottom, there is an iOS launcher for you, even if you only want certain aspects of your Android to mimic iOS, like Control Center. or maybe lock screen notifications.
And the good news is, if you decide that Android isn’t all that bad after all, switching back is as easy as installing a different launcher or reversing the original one.
