It’s a starting book not a points guide. I guess if you’ve never encountered or heard of Weight Watchers, then this book is good for you as an intro but honestly, this book is really an intro for those who have lived under a rock. I know how weight watchers works and just wanted the points there really isn’t the points system in here just explanations about the points system. .
No point list or counter. WEIGHTWATCHERS POINTS PLUS GETTING STARTED is very misleading. No way to get started if you don’t know the points to use for each food. .
I was able to purchase this from amazon much less than Weight Watchers If you are like me and just simple want to know what to eat and not have to count calories you can get this directly from amazon and safe yourself some money. .
Not what I expected. Thought it would list items and point value. But no it does not .

I bought this to see if it would be easier to find from scratch food items. Weight Watchers data base is heavily weighted (pun intended) toward prepared and name brand items which often pop up before a generic one. For me googling the item and weight watchers points plus usually yields better results. The book is a good back up if you can’t get access to the net. .
Perfect companion for weight watchers .

One star only because zero stars is not an option. Very poorly written, and the picture on the cover is about all the instruction you get on how to actually construct the stove. He may be charging only .99 cents for this, but not only is it .99 cents I cant get back, the 7 minutes I took to read it are wasted as well. The author should consider investing in a spelling checker before hitting the “publish” button. .
Very basic, okay if you already know what you’re doing. Pictures NOT great, could’ve had better diagrams, did not explain it well at all. Do not waste your money. He had lots of links to other sites which I’m sure he is getting kickback from. .
Not enough detail. Pictures were bad. .
Brief but provides sufficient information to construct and emergency rocket stove. .
