Therefore, if you are skeptical about the identification of some friends, especially if you have never met them in person, you’ll be glad to know that there is a quick way to find out they are real or fake.
This is a follow-up to an article on How to Find Fake People on Facebook, in which we used Google’s reverse image search as a key metric to differentiate. But now there is an even better way to analyze the full profile of a suspect.
FakeOff is a useful web application that can analyze the actions of a suspect in history, photos, browsing habits, etc., so that you know if they are fake or not; then rate on a scale of 1 to 10, where one is fake and ten is real.
FakeOFF: Easily Identify Fake Account on Facebook
After testing this app with some mockups and real Facebook IDs, I found the results to be pretty accurate. To get started, visit their official website and log into your Facebook account. The website home page clearly states that they never post or store any user information, so there is no need to worry about Facebook privacy.
After successful login, it will automatically scan your friends list. And put the button “Let’s check him / her” in front of the friend’s name. From the list, select the person whose identity you want to double-check.
FakeOff will then start by checking the user’s past activity, photos, likes, friends, etc. and will display the result based on their Facebook activity for the week. In addition, you can easily reverse image searches from this web application by clicking on suspicious photos.
Basic (free) plans offer results based on seven days of data. However, if you like the service, you can upgrade to the premium plan, which will give you results by analyzing suspicious activity in one year (which is obviously more accurate than the previous one).
Output
FaceOff is pretty efficient and does what it says; those. allow the user to identify the fake Facebook account.
