Do you keep seeing the “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” error on your iPhone, iPad, iPod, or Mac? This happens when you have a serious problem with your Apple ID. For example, your account may have been the subject of a security breach. Or it could be due to unresolved payment issues or disputed payments for past purchases.

You won’t be able to make new purchases from the App Store or iTunes Store until you fix the issue. You may also be unable to use Apple services such as FaceTime and iMessage during this time.
