How to Get Two Different Apple IDs On iPhone.
Apple now allows you to change your Apple ID to any country in the App Store. This is especially useful if you are a businessman or expat traveling between different countries. However, you always lose sync between other Apple devices. For example, every time you change your country in the App Store, you lose iCloud sync and your entire purchase history (not the actual purchase, obviously).
But what if I told you that you can keep the best of both worlds? That is, you can access the iOS App Store for the region you fly to often without affecting your primary Apple ID, which you use to sign in to iCloud. Well, it turns out there is a simple workaround for this. Let’s check.
Change your Apple ID on your iPhone / iPad
The trick here is to keep two separate Apple IDs, one for iCloud and one for the App Store. When setting up a new iPhone or iPad, you’ll be asked to sign in with your Apple ID, or create a new Apple ID if you’re a new user. After all, you provide the same Apple ID wherever you are asked, and end up using the same ID to sign in to iCloud and the App Store. Well, this is not necessary, and here are the steps to change that.

Step 1
Open the App Store on your device and click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This could be your picture, if you installed it, or a simple silhouette icon. You should see your account information on this page.
Step 2
If you’re already signed in with your Apple ID, click Sign Out at the bottom of the screen. Or, just go to Create Apple ID to set up your Apple ID with country and region settings.
Step 3
A new window will open, look for the Create New Apple ID option at the bottom of the login screen. If there is no such option, restart the App Store app. It worked for us. You can ignore this if you already have a different existing Apple ID set up for a different country or region.
Step 4
Clicking on the link will take you to the Create Apple ID page. You can set up a new Apple ID with your desired country and region just right.
Once you’re done creating a new Apple ID, you’ll be signed in with your new ID in the App Store. Now, if you go back to Settings and click on your name at the top of the screen, you’ll see two separate Apple IDs for iCloud and the App Store. This way, no data synchronization between your Apple devices will be affected, and you can download apps from different stores. To get back to your internal Apple ID, you can simply sign out and sign in using your primary Apple ID.
Change the macOS App Store ID
The process for separating iCloud ID and Apple ID on macOS is more or less similar. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1
To get started, open iCloud, you can search in spotlight by clicking “cmd + space” and typing “ iCloud”. Several results and suggestions will appear. The first option should be what you want.
Alternatively, you can open iCloud preferences by going to System Preferences iCloud. In this window, you can manage your iCloud settings or sign out and sign in with a different ID. Sign in with the same ID as on other devices to sync cloud data. Keeping the same Apple ID across your devices will help you automatically sync photos, documents, contacts, and more across all your devices.
Step 2
Open the App Store or iTunes on your Mac from the launcher or App Dock at the bottom of the screen. In the upper left corner of the menu bar, click Store. At the bottom of the menu, you will see Sign Out . Sign out of your current Apple ID if you’re using the same as iCloud.
Step 3
A login option should appear in the lower left corner of the App Store window. Use the Apple ID you created for the App Store on your iPhone and is from a different country or region. Or, if you’re a new user, create a new Apple ID to sign in to iTunes and the App Store.
Packaging
So this is how you get the apps you want from your chosen region. The only issue we see here is having two different Apple IDs for iCloud and App Store. But considering the results, the one-off process is worth it. Apple’s own Family Sharing option in iCloud also solves the problem to some extent, but then it doesn’t work for individual users or even family members when it comes to in-app purchases. Family Sharing allows you to share apps, and you can see apps that other family members have downloaded using their Apple ID. But in-app purchases remain tied to the device, making them unavailable to other members. Go ahead and try this method to get your favorite apps in the store of your choice and share your experience in the comments below.
